Added display_label to transaction data#

For broader consistency across endpoints, we've added display_label to transaction responses. This is used to display the transaction provider's name.

Added balance to asset response data#

The following data was added to:

Added parameters#

connection_id may now be used to filter for specific accounts data.
provider_ids has been added to:
Accounts list /accounts/all.
help_url has been added to provider responses. This may be used to give end-users a resource for help when connecting their accounts.
icon_path has been added to provider responses. This is a relative location for the provider's icon.
